The building facilities were excellent and clean. the hotel staff members were incredibly nice and always willing to help guests. the hotel had a nice garden that I enjoyed and it was great to relax in.
The hotel didn't meet some of my expectations, as it wasn't easy to communicate in English. my room was not as described - I requested a garden view and instead, I was looking straight into someone else's room.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The staff was incredibly nice and focused on making me feel satisfied. They went above and beyond to fulfill my special wishes. The building and facilities were new, well-made, and in perfect working condition. The hotel was impeccably clean, thanks to the continuous effort of the cleaning team. The garden was also lovely, and I hope they expand it and create some cozy sitting corners.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to communicate with me, even though English wasn't listed as one of the spoken languages. The building and facilities were new and well-maintained, and the rooms were very clean. The garden was lovely, and I hope they expand it to create more sitting corners.
The "garden view" room didn't offer a view at all, as the windows had to be covered completely.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff really went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. They were extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel truly valued as guests. We were impressed with the level of service provided - from the warm welcome drink upon arrival to the efficient room service and valet parking. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, as the hotel was spotlessly clean. We also appreciated the variety of amenities provided in our room, such as the air conditioning, mini-bar, and ironing facilities.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a luxurious and comfortable experience.

My xmas stay at this hotel was great! The staff was really nice and focused on making guests happy. They even went out of their way to meet special requests. The building and facilities were new and well-maintained. I loved the fact that everything was very clean, thanks to the hardworking cleaning team. The hotel also had a nice garden, which I hope they expand and add more seating areas. The location was key too, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
There were a couple of things that disappointed me. the hotel advertised English as one of the spoken languages, but it turned out to be untrue.
